Located in the heart of Weston's town center, this 95-room suite hotel provides comfortable extended-stay accommodations for the area's corporate headquarters and businesses, while serving the community of Weston as well. We worked with corporate prototype documents for Marriott TownePlace Suites to develop construction documents that were responsive to site size and shape; provided designs for appropriate common area amenities, exercise, and pool facility; and conformed to the unique and specialized requirements of city ordinances, to site planning, and the more strict criteria of the Florida Building Code. Guest accommodations include one- and two-bedroom suites, with separate living, work, and sleep areas.
