To lead and inspire a coalition of stakeholders—County agencies, city residents, downtown businesses and neighbors, and civic associations—and steer a complex and layered project team toward transformation of a distinguished historic library, while forecasting the needs of future generations and propelling advancement forward.
Dania Beach Paul DeMaio Library
A collaborative effort between Broward County, the City of Dania, our firm, and other professional associates resulted in the first LEED Gold facility funded by Broward County. As the initial structure in a new master-planned City Center on this site, it is the architectural prototype on which future municipal and commercial facilities will be modeled.
Hispanic Library and Cultural Center
To be based in Broward County's Main Library, the Hispanic Library and Cultural Center is designed to celebrate the vibrant culture and rich legacy of the County's growing Hispanic community.
