SRS is taking the LEED!

LEED recognition is much sought-after by architects and builders. LEED Gold certification is pending for Aventura Chabad, under construction in Aventura. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is one of the most respected green building certification programs used worldwide. Developed by the nonprofit U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the LEED program includes rating systems for design, construction, operation, and maintenance of new green buildings and homes that are sustainable, energy efficient, and environmentally viable. Many SRS architects are LEED Accredited Professionals who employ LEED guidelines in our designs. SRS has earned many LEED project certifications and other awards over the years for eco-friendly architectural design, master planning, and programming.
