Village on Fifth in Plantation Resumes Construction

Plantation, FL – Plans were recently approved by The City of Plantation for the developer, Canadian-based Gestion IB, to proceed with construction at Village on Fifth, which is now underway.

Designed by architects Synalovski Romanik Saye (SRS), the 47,980 SF site comprises 17 townhomes in a trio of two-, three-, and four-story buildings.

“The Fifth Street site is one of only a few rare parcels of land that was available for development in Plantation,” said Manuel Synalovski, AIA, founding principal of SRS. “Our design maximizes the use of the site, while ensuring a cohesive and appealing community.”

Homes offer three-, four-, and five-bedroom formats, and include two-car garages per residence.
