Founding partner Manny Synalovski, of Synalovski Romanik Saye, Architects (SRS), announces additions to the firm’s multinational professional staff. They include Alejandra Molina-Jackson and Priscila Fort Quintana.

Alejandra Molina-Jackson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP (BD+C), GGP, joined SRS after 15 years based in the Richmond and Norfolk, VA, area and Washington, DC, where she was project architect and interior designer with local and national firms. She is originally from Argentina, where she founded a start-up, community-based architecture practice. Her experience includes architectural design, construction documentation and administration, as well as interior architecture, comprising FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) packages, procurement documentation, and installation supervision. She is a Florida-registered architect, licensed interior designer, and holds bachelor and master degrees in architecture from MDP National University, Mar del Plata, Argentina. She is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C), Certified Green Globes Professional (GGP), NCARB certificate holder, NCIDQ certified interior designer, and a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects) and WIA (Women in Architecture), Miami chapter.

Priscila Fort Quintana holds a Master of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, both earned at the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan. At SRS, her current responsibilities include client consultation, construction documentation, and interior design for a wide range of projects including commercial, hospitality, municipal, and academic. She is part of the SRS team involved in the expansion and redesign of both new and existing restaurants in Terminals One and Two at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

SRS is an award-winning firm with academic, hospitality, retail, residential, recreation, and municipal-related projects from the Keys to Palm Beach County, and the West Coast.
