SRS and USG have enjoyed a collaborative relationship for more than 25 years, since both companies were startups in adjacent offices. Since then, SRS has responded to USG’s facility needs as it grew from a six-member core team into a software giant providing human resource management tools. USG currently employs more than 2,000. Based in Weston, USG occupies a number of buildings configured into small and large spaces, designed for flexible use. USG 8 has 14,392 SF with few traditional offices. The new norm means soft conference areas, “bookable” units with six-person tech space featuring movable computer setups, as well as less formal armchair clusters, and breaktime coffee bars and foosball.
