USG’s Phase 10 is an existing four-story building at the hub of its operational setting in downtown Weston. At 100,000 SF, it’s USG’s single largest facility and will introduce a host of new services and personnel amenities, as the company continues to grow in size, products, and leadership in software development. Work and play are intermingled for “ultimate” staff satisfaction. The site will include the corporation’s staff training and conference centers, featuring expansive media walls and telecommunications equipment; centralized IT assistance; formal dining room, fresh-food kitchen, and casual café; home court, game room, putting green, and sports media.
