The high-tech company specializes in software systems and includes talent management components. The company required customized spaces for protection of its computer equipment plus flexible conference and meeting room areas. The Phase 1 facility is a three-story 44,000 SF building with a glass-topped three-story atrium center. Nearly a perfect square in shape, the structure is designed with office and conference spaces along its perimeter and surrounding the atrium, which often serves as a gathering place for business and social events. Special care was required for the company's powerful servers, which are protected by a backup generator, Liebert air-conditioning equipment, and FM200 Fire Suppression system, to protect Ultimate Software Group's information assets to the fullest extent.
