Plantation, FL

Situated in the Lakeside Village of Plantation, the 2,900 SF Community Bank of Broward introduces an independent financial facility. Management goals were to introduce a new banking name to the neighborhood and to generate consumer confidence. The interior spaces reflect the Tuscan theme of the plaza's architecture. We used columns, ceramic tile floors, a wood teller line, wall sconces, and warm lighting to suggest a modern, yet Italianate ambience. A sweeping curved ceiling and curved earth-tone carpeting suggest a dividing line between the much-used teller area and private banking spaces.
