Forest View Estates offers 3l homesites on a 6.8-acre lot rich in fully grown oak trees. Nestled amid its "forest" setting, the community offers six distinctive models, ranging in size from 3,744 SF to 6,600 SF. The architecture is reminiscent of Mediterranean villas, with terra cotta barrel-tiled, multidimensional rooflines, balustrated terraces, and embellished and molded arched windows.
