For more than 25 years, Nautical Ventures has maintained a reputation as a comprehensive go-to retail center for marine products and services. In an effort to avoid sales disruption, the new emporium, with 13,000 SF of air-conditioned space, was erected with time-saving, efficient tilt-wall construction. Its specialized new marina, adjacent to the internal showroom and administrative areas, features a state-of-the-art boat-launch area and docking space for 17 boats. Serving Florida’s water sports clientele, the center features kayaks, sailing supplies, snorkeling gear, windsurfers, waterskis, pedal and banana boats, floating docks, inflatable boats, clothing, and resort, beach, and sailing information and reservations.
