We worked with Kaplan University to restore and enhance service areas in a 120,000 SF, four-story building. A first-floor learning center features lecture rooms, tutorial spaces, and consulting and resource rooms. Three upper floors house call support services to help students globally. The center brought more than 600 jobs to the City, while addressing the City's concerns about parking and traffic flow.
