Temple Sinai Kasselman Early Childhood Education Center and BridgePrep Academy

Hollywood, FL

Nestled in a residential neighborhood, the well-established Temple Sinai campus now accommodates a new one-story, 17,264 SF building which provides care for 257 children ranging in age from six weeks to five years. Conforming to the most up-to-date guidelines for child care and education, the modern, earth-toned facility features 15 classrooms, administrative areas, and an extensive outdoor playground. The well-shaded, rubberized play area is accented with miniature, manmade gardens and tiny stages that encourage imaginative games and activities, and is fully equipped with contemporary appointments. The building also serves as Temple Sinai's afterschool learning center for children's religious heritage and Hebrew language education.

The former two-story home of the pre-school was redesigned and renovated, and fitted with an elevator for student access to both floors. It is now the site of bilingual BridgePrep Academy, a Broward County public charter school for grades one to five. The campus expansion also includes an expanded carpark area.
