Designed, developed, and constructed over a phased multi-year period, Sunrise’s Public Services’ park encompasses an elegant, ample, and well-ordered area that serves a population of 85,000. Tilt-wall construction provided an effective, cost-efficient solution in terms of material and energy savings, strength, insulation, and durability. A harmony of materials, color, and details unifies the 51,000 SF of workspace accommodated among the various facilities: Fleet Maintenance, Public Works, Leisure Services, Fueling Station, Trash Transfer Station, and Legal Services.
