A centrally located park with indoor and outdoor recreation facilities was requested by the City of Pembroke Pines to serve the leisure needs of this fast-growing family-oriented community. The master-planned 40-acre site includes eight baseball/softball fields, concession/restroom buildings, and dugouts. Indoor facilities include a full volleyball court, two half volleyball courts, five racquetball courts, NCAA basketball court, four half basketball courts, multipurpose rooms, administrative offices, fully equipped fitness room, and locker rooms.
