The 37,500 SF state-of-the-art health club in Coral Springs was built at The Shops at Heron Lake, an upscale retail shopping center (also a project of our firm). The five-star health club encompasses two aerobics studios, spinning arena, Pilates room, 80-foot rock climbing wall, steamroom with saunas and jacuzzi, and indoor junior Olympic pool. A construction cost of $3 million provided for fine detailing and upscale interior finishes. The combination of stone, wood, steel, ceramics, rubber, and specialty lighting provides a dramatic environment that celebrates wellness.
